During the 2023 March meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Dr. Peter Wolynes was honored with a special symposium.

Held in honor of his 70th birthday, the session on Genome Organization was organized and presided over by former Wolynes postdoctoral fellow Bin Zhang Participants included current and former students from Dr. Wolynes’ laboratory. Other organizers were genome researchers David Leitner, Vassiliy Lubchenko, Garegin Papoian, and Jin Wang.
